Justin Katigbak is a current Photo Editor at the San Francisco Standard and a freelance creative living in the Bay Area. With a diverse portfolio spanning reportage, editorial, and commercial spaces, Justin has worked with publications and clients such as The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, NPR, Salesforce, and Travel Portland.
As a Filipino-American, Justin's personal work explores his identity and the culture and policies that come with it. He is currently working on a short documentary project about the Filipino punk scene, with two other colleagues, that explores identity, politics, and punk music.
